Anniversary Trip

This post is mostly about our anniversary trip, but here are some cute pictures of Kaitlyn hanging out and also trying to figure out her johnny jump up.

We have almost been married for three years. I can't believe how fast time has gone by! It has been the best three years of my life and I am so grateful for my husband. On Marc's week break we decided to go on a short little anniversary trip. We went to Mystic Hot Springs in Monroe, Utah. We stayed in a cute little cabin and spent some time in the hot springs. Here is Kaitlyn in her little swimming suit.

These are three of the tubs that were filled by the hot springs. You can see where the water trickles down and fills them up. We used the one to the far right at night because these three were the first ones we saw and it was so dark we didn't know where the other ones were. It's too bad because these were only about as hot as a warm bath, and the other two we found in the morning were much hotter.

Here is one of the other tubs. It has been there so long that the mineral deposits have gone over the edge of the tub. It was so pretty.

Here is the other tub. It was so beautiful! And the water was a perfect temperature.

They also had a shallow pool and we went in there with Kaitlyn. She really seems to love the water :)

Here I am with a little french girl. She was there with her mom and brother, and the two kids loved babies and kept holding Kaitlyn's hand and smiling at her. It was fun

Here is the inside of our cabin. It was tiny but was just perfect! It had two queen beds in it and about three or four feet of space at the foot of the beds.

They also had lots of renovated buses that doubled as places to stay. They were so cool looking. If we get a chance to go back we will try to stay in one of these.

We had a great time and would love to go again! It was a great trip :)

Kaitlyn's Blessing Day

We blessed Kaitlyn on April 28th because it was the weekend after my graduation so my parents could make one trip for both! :) It was a beautiful day and so many of our family and loved ones were able to come to show their support for us. Having Marc bless Kaitlyn was an incredibly wonderful and spiritual moment. I loved hearing everything she was blessed with. She is an amazing girl and I am excited to see her grow and develop. Love her so much!

Thanks to everyone who came! It meant so much! Love you all :)
